U.K deliveries can be between 7-10 working days whilst International deliveries take up to 21 days. A tracking number will be sent to you by email when dispatched.

Don’t worry! In some cases messages are delivered to our spam/junk mail. We will reply you as soon as we come across your email. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 72 hours.

Please check you order history to ensure that you indeed placed an order. Once this is confirmed, please check your spam/junk box. In the event it is not seen, please email us with your order number so that we can confirm receipt of your order.

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we accept returns only on eligible items under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Return
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags and lace (if applicable) intact.
Return requests must be submitted within [7/14] days of receiving your order.
Custom wigs, clearance items, and final sale products are not eligible for return.
Any item showing signs of use (e.g., cut lace, styling, odor, or product buildup) will not be accepted.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at mdhair142@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on where to send your item.
Please do not return any items without prior authorization.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
In case of a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos and details.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please follow the return process and place a new order.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within [1–2 hours] of placement. After this window, your order may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.
